Original monoprint in oil, 8 x 10 in, signed on back, 2022// edge of print is the white paper. For “Thorny 1” I created a silhouette of a flower from my late grandmother’s balcony and a leg stepping out. It is a story of matriarchal continuation from generation to generation.
